Return & Refund Policy

At Nyven, our goal is to provide high-quality products with exceptional customer support. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return guarantee for eligible items.


Order Cancellations

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we may be unable to cancel as your order may already be processing.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must:

Be in original condition

Include all parts, accessories, and manuals

Be returned in the original packaging

Used, worn, or damaged products are not eligible for a full refund.
Returns with visible use may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, or may be deemed ineligible for return depending on the condition of the item.
Internal parts that are opened or tampered with are non-refundable.
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Unapproved returns or returns sent outside the 30-day window may be denied or incur additional restocking fees.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery via email or our contact page

  2. Include your order number and the reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval before shipping anything back

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or a shipping error on our part.
Original outbound shipping (if any) is non-refundable


Refund Processing

After your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection.
If the item meets return conditions, your refund will be issued within 48 hours of approval.

Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

Refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) to the original form of payment. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges.

If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation, please contact your bank before reaching out to our support team.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives physically damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We’ll review your claim and may issue a replacement at no cost to you.
Please note: damaged packaging does not qualify as a damaged item if the product itself is intact.

We do not offer refunds for items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper handling.


Product Use Disclaimer

Please follow all usage instructions and safety guidelines provided.
We are not liable for injuries or damages caused by misuse.
Any returns, refunds, or replacements in such cases are at our discretion.

Packaging & Manufacturer Disclosure

Some products may ship directly from our manufacturing partners and arrive in original brand packaging (such as INSE or similar). All items match the features and specs listed on our website and are covered by Nyven’s satisfaction guarantee.


Shipping & Delivery

We strive for fast, reliable delivery. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.

We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
