Orders placed with Nyven may take up to 3 business days to process before shipping. Once processed, standard shipping within the United States may take up to 10 business days. Shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, and peak holiday periods.
SECTION 8 – RETURNS & RESTOCKING FEE
Returns of used vacuums are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers inspection, cleaning, and repackaging costs. All returns must comply with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 9 – ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Nyven is not liable for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Nyven is not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
SECTION 10 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we have no control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements.
